Does what it says on the tin, or the advert in Mr Dale’s case. As a serving member of the Armed forced, I called up as I could see day light through my roof from the ceiling (slightly worrying haha). After conversing over the phone and brushing onto the topic of my work, Lee was adamant that he would make this a priority and give me discount, which although unnecessary, it was greatly appreciated. Within one day Lee had organised WBS scaffolding ran by Keith Wintle, who was kind enough to do it free of charge. Lee and his work team completed a whole new roof, lead work, guttering and dropped a chimney in two days - outstanding! To my amazement when it come to paying the man up, he only charged me for the workmen’s labour and materials. What a true gent and to his words “supporting those who support us.”Solid workmanship throughout, professional and most of all ethical. So glad we used Lee and his lads from Low cost roofing to work on our roof. Had trouble for years with ridge tiles, had them repaired twice by so called roofers. Lee and his team removed all ridge and replaced with dry ridge system, they worked hard all day and even stayed late to finish the job before the forecast rain storm the following day. Top job lads.

Having had a bad experience previously being let down for a roofing job, I had seen the van and lads working hard on a property nearby. The work done on that property made me feel confident to ring them to ask for a quote. I spoke to Lee, he picked up straight away and said he could be at my property within half an hour to give a quote. Very reasonable quote, and within 5 days the team arrived ready to do the job. Having seen the low cost roofing van around we decided to give the guys a call for a range of work we needed completing. New fascia, guttering, moss cleaning, flat roof and bay tile replacement and chimney removal. It wasn’t a short list! Having spoken with lee he came to see me the same day to price the job up and within a week had the team here to get it done. These lads are serious grafters! They literally don’t stop!! Add that to how professional and polite they were and you literally can not fault them! Some being £700 more!!I would never go to any other company for future work needed on our house. A fab team and they work hard to ensure every little thing is right.... even to noticing we had a couple of broken tiles on the roof whilst they were up there and replaced them with no extra cost!!! We had been putting off for years having a new roof , due to not wanting the mess , time and cost .After lee visited and gave us his quote and estimated time scale , we decided to go ahead .We are so pleased we did , in under 4 days they achieved so much , tidy , polite and did little extra things , such as removed our tv ariel for us that was no longer in use !! If you want a top notch job done at an amazing price then look no further!! Can not recommend Lee and his lads highly enough. Scaffolding went up Tuesday, started on the roof Wednesday and today(Friday) all finished!! Not just for one roof either, it was semi detached so did mine and my neighbours in this time. Great communication by Lee from start to finish, lads worked so hard and are a fab team, arrived nice and early every day and left no mess. Roof looks great thanks lads!!

Lee and his team are a very professional outfit and I would highly recommend them for roofing services. The job was competitively priced having fully discussed the extent of the work. This consisted of removing existing tiles from the whole roof, stripping off existing tile battens and underfelt and replacing with a new breathable membrane. New tile battens upvc eave trays, dry verge capping and dry ridge system were also fitted together with some lead work around two brick abutments. Excellent job.
